The Story so far...

Coach, Consultant and Mission Accompanier, previously Canterbury Diocesan Mission and Growth Adviser from 2011 to 2016. Before that, Fresh Expressions Missioner for the Diocese while still leading HARVEST new anglican church. HARVEST came into being in 1998 out of the simple question, 'What would church look like if we could start all over again?' It continues as a Cell-based, network church, without its own building and making a priority of building relationships and releasing gifts. It was one of the founding stories related in the ground-breaking 'Mission Shaped Church' report published in 2004. All of that was built on the foundation of twenty years previous Parish-based church planting ministry in four Parishes in three different Dioceses. Twenty years as a Church Growth Consultant for Bible Society ran concurrently with church work. Kerry is Canon Emeritus at Canterbury Cathedral. And the Bungee Jump? That was just an attempt to confront fear and model what a risk-taking abandon to the future might look and feel like. (Terrifying, by the way.)
